Hampton Inn Boston Bedford Burlington

This hotel seems like a old hotel that’s been renovated. Parts of it continue to be old. Our room was nice. However, there was no air circulation and the room became very stuffy. You have to request your room be clean each day or it won’t happen. This might be a new trend for hotels. There is very little close by to this hotel. Expect to drive about 7 to 15 minutes to get to most places. The continental breakfast is OK. The fruit that’s cut up is canned. There’s two waffle makers and in the morning if the hotel is busy, there are lineups. They look better than they taste. Over the weekend when I was there it was hard to find seating. It’s like they made the breakfast area assuming the hotel was going to be half full. The staff seem friendly. One of the elevators broke on her second day and continue to be broken. The Internet is somewhat free. You have to sign up for a reward program to get high-speed Internet. Otherwise they say they will charge you There is a small pool in the back. However they were piling trash and construction material about 30 feet from it on the parking lot. Overall, it was a good value, considering the other places, and what they were charging. I can’t say that I was impressed.

Very large spotless room with large TV, large mini fridge and microwave, and comfy beds. Redone recently and fairly quiet. Meaghan at the front counter was so friendly and helpful. Digital key did not work and the (otherwise great) breakfast spread was slammed on the weekend, but these were minor issues and did not affect the quality of our stay. Great location if you want access to Boston without paying downtown prices and it's near tons of restaurants and shopping. Would absolutely stay here again!

I had the worst experience in this hotel. I booked here for 3 nights trip and I only stayed for 2 nights since the water was getting worse and dirty... I called the front desk for this concern and got provided for 5 water bottles for my family. How is that enough for taking shower or face wash? I did not have any compensation and had to leave 3rd night. I could not believe I booked this hotel for the trip and it ruined my visiting in Boston. I recommend everyone staying away from this hotel.

Digital check in and key required no interaction with the front desk, although upon returning from an event and purchasing a snack the front desk was very friendly and warm. Room is impeccable and well designed, can tell there was a remodel. Elevator edges were being repainted and lots of construction trucks in the lot but so far I am happy with my choice to stay here.
